GUIDE
The owner portal, explained
What landlords and owners see in Rentium — and, just as importantly, what they don't.
-
1
Your portfolio, and only yours
Owners see the properties they own — nothing from anyone else's portfolio. If a management company runs your units alongside other owners', that separation is enforced in the data layer, not just hidden in the interface.
-
2
Income and expenses per property
Each property shows what came in, what went out, and what's outstanding. Expenses are tracked against the property they belong to, so the numbers reconcile without a spreadsheet.
-
3
Occupancy and NOI at a glance
The dashboard shows occupancy and net operating income across your portfolio, updated as payments land rather than at month end.
-
4
See payments the moment they arrive
Rent payments appear as they're received. ACH payments show as pending until the bank settles them — typically 3–5 business days — so the figure you're looking at is money that actually arrived.

Reports for your accountant
Income statements and expense reports can be exported and handed straight to whoever does your taxes.
